Houston, TX | Sales Manager / Team Leader – Shoulder Arthroplasty

This is a field-based sales and leadership position focused on the Houston market. The individual must live in the Houston area or be willing to relocate to Houston. Must have orthopedic implant sales experience.

Medical Device Recruiters is proud to represent an innovative, 30+ year old global medical device manufacturer with a strong portfolio of orthopedic and spine products and continued investment in new product development.

This individual will be responsible for growing the company’s Shoulder Arthroplasty business, developing and executing the overall arthroplasty sales strategy, supporting the existing sales team, and hiring additional sales representatives as the business grows. The role will also be heavily involved with upcoming new product launches.

Our client has an established Shoulder Arthroplasty / Total Shoulder portfolio with several new products coming to market. This is an opportunity for an experienced orthopedic sales professional to take on increased sales and leadership responsibility within a growing business.

MUST HAVE:

• 3–5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience, with direct shoulder arthroplasty experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to grow an existing business and develop surgeon relationships
• Leadership experience or the ability to lead and develop a sales team
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Houston, TX
• Bachelor’s Degree
