*Immediate Opening: Join a Premier Okanagan Practice* A premier, well-established private medical clinic in Kelowna is seeking a motivated, high-caliber Medical Dermatologist to join our team. Due to rapid growth and a pre-existing patient surplus, we are looking to integrate a new provider into our practice immediately.

To protect the privacy of our current providers and patients, our clinic name remains confidential at this initial stage. We offer a modern, fully equipped facility where you can step into an active, thriving practice from day one. Modern Infrastructure & Turnkey Support. We handle all billing, front-desk administration, and nursing support so you can focus 100% on practicing medicine. Our clinic utilizes a digital-first infrastructure, including advanced digital booking, seamless payment processing, and a streamlined CRM system to keep workflows efficient and stress-free.

*Duties:*

* Conduct thorough dermatological examinations, diagnose skin conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans. * Manage acute and chronic dermatological cases with prompt, effective interventions. * Perform medical procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and advanced laser treatments. * Conduct routine skin cancer screenings and mole checks. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. * Document patient histories, treatment plans, and progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems. * Educate patients on preventive skin health and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness.

*Skills & Qualifications:*

* *Education & Licensure:* Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a specialization in Medical Dermatology (Required). * *Clinical Excellence:* Proven clinical experience in medical dermatology within a private practice or clinical setting. * *Tech-Savvy:* Familiarity with modern electronic health records systems. * *Patient-Centric Focus:* Exceptional bedside manner with a compassionate approach tailored to diverse patient populations. * *Efficiency:* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand clinic environment while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
