Job Summary: Ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the company operations, including strategic planning, project management, marketing, team leadership, and budget oversight. Builds long-term business value by helping to acquire and retain high quality clients and teammates. Responsibilities: • Project Success: Supervises preparation of accurate and high quality estimates and proposals, and oversees management of sheet metal projects to ensure a successful outcome. • Market Expansion: Analyzes market trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and strategies for business development. • Reporting and Analysis: Prepares and analyzes reports on organizational performance. Uses data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. • Safety Management: Develops and implements safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Conducts regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Promotes a culture of safety awareness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
