MDM Developer

Overview This is a hands-on technical position where the candidate will be responsible for the overall implementation of MDM solutions. The candidate should have worked on the full life cycle of MDM projects with a proven track record of successful implementations. Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end master data management projects for our customers, including designing data model and MDM Hub configuration Design MDM match rules; performance improvement; E360 configuration Work closely with customers and architects to understand project objectives and estimates Comprehensive knowledge of ETL processes in the MDM space and associated batch and real-time integration, including performance tuning Collaborate with clients and other consultants at customer sites or remotely Lead MDM design and development as an MDM Consultant with extensive experience in Information Management; client-facing role MDM Tool experience (Informatica MDM) is required Provide expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing MDM solutions Perform high-level architectural planning and proof-of-concept where necessary Develop solution outlines and support requirements gathering for MDM projects Interface with business and IT stakeholders to identify issues and develop solutions Develop MDM ETL solution architecture and technical architecture Contribute to data requirements analysis, data integration, and data mapping Lead design of the MDM application using MDM tools Configuring and customizing the MDM tool and web services; data mapping Function as the Design Authority in technical design reviews, approve code reviews and technical deliverables Plan for development, project estimates, scheduling, and development reviews Maintain architectural integrity in the MDM solution; ensure compliance with change control, SDLC, and development standards Develop and review implementation plans and contingency plans Partner with clients to understand business objectives and processes and provide information on relevant business factors Demonstrate good presentation and communication skills; strong interpersonal collaboration Qualifications MDM Consultant with 10 years of experience in Information Management Domain and minimum 2–3 recent full life cycle implementations in MDM solutions across multiple domains (customer, products, etc.); significant SDLC experience in the MDM domain; client-facing role MDM Tool: Informatica MDM experience required Strong business and/or technical background in Master Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Integration, ETL, SOA, and Data Security Ability to architect, design, and implement MDM solutions Experience with high-level architectural planning and proof-of-concept work Experience with data requirements, data integration, and data mapping Excellent stakeholder interface and communication skills Location Location: Titusville, NJ onsite Benefits Comprehensive Medical Plan (Medical, Dental, Vision) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) Plan with Company Match Life Insurance Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
