Job Description
Our client is a high-growth international business operating at the forefront of AI-powered marketing transformation, digital content, and enterprise operating model innovation to appoint a Managing Director, Sales for the UK & EMEA region. This is a newly created senior commercial leadership role with responsibility for driving enterprise growth across complex, multi-market transformation programmes for some of the worldโs leading brands. The organisation combines AI-enabled platforms, consulting, managed services, and marketing transformation capabilities to help global clients improve speed-to-market, efficiency, scalability, and commercial impact.
We are seeking a proven enterprise sales leader with experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions across areas such as: Marketing transformation Digital transformation AI and GenAI-enabled services SaaS / platform solutions Consulting and managed services Outsourced operating models Martech / adtech ecosystems The successful candidate will: Own and deliver significant new business revenue targets across UK & EMEA Build and execute strategic growth plans for enterprise accounts Develop senior C-suite relationships across marketing, digital, procurement, and technology functions Lead complex end-to-end pursuits including solution design, commercial structuring, negotiation, and close Partner closely with delivery and transformation teams to shape scalable, value-led solutions Drive pipeline creation, governance, forecasting discipline, and sales excellence Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team within a fast-scaling environment Candidates should bring: 15+ yearsโ experience in enterprise sales, consulting, digital transformation, marketing services, SaaS, or related sectors A proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-market deals Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability Experience operating within high-growth, transformation-led businesses Commercial and strategic sophistication with a consultative approach to selling Familiarity with AI-driven transformation and evolving marketing operating models is highly advantageous
