Job Description
Contribute to McMaster University's HR strategy as a PeopleSoft Analyst. Focus on HRIS support and enhancements to payroll and perks systems while maximizing HR Mosaic functionality. As a key member of the HR Technology team, you will ensure smooth HR operations and assist in payroll processing.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to create innovative solutions that improve service delivery and comply with relevant legislation, making a significant impact on the university's operational efficiency.
