Manage carrier relationships: Oversee shipping and receiving operations with carriers (FedEx, UPS) to optimize logistics performance. What You Bring Required: Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business preferred. 5+ years in supply chain management, materials planning, or warehouse operations.
Experience implementing warehouse efficiencies and inventory best practices—ideally in a startup or scaling environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and grow teams. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration.
Systems-driven mindset with strong ERP experience. Entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving with a focus on profitability. Nice to Have: Experience standing up or scaling warehouse operations from the ground up.
