Master data specialist

At HAVI, we are looking for a Master Data Specialist (Temporary) to play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the data that drives our Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer operations.

You will join an international environment where you will collaborate with multiple business functions, work with leading systems such as SAP and Power BI, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on business performance.

What will you do? Manage the creation, maintenance, and updating of master data related to products, suppliers, and pricing. Validate and coordinate information with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.

Prepare and maintain price lists for Sales and Procurement teams. Support customer implementations through correct master data setup and parameterization. Manage assortments and product substitutions in corporate systems.

Create and maintain databases related to operational and regulatory processes. Generate reports and analyses in SAP and Power BI to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management procedures.

What are we looking for?

Education & Experience Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. Previous experience in Master Data Management, Administration, Supply Chain support, or similar roles.

Technical Skills SAP (MM and/or SD modules) user level. Advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge of Power BI. Experience working with databases (Microsoft Access is a plus). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Languages Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
