Responsibilities for a Markets Support Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Support the Stock Loan, Corporate Bonds, and Equity Financing trading desks by managing securities lending operations and settlement activities

• Assist in pre-matching future-dated trades, agreeing cash values with external clients, and ensuring accurate trade settlement

• Prioritize, report, and collateralize high-volume exposures while resolving settlement exceptions and reconciliation breaks

• Process recall requests, wire transfers, journals, and operational risk items while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment

Candidates for Markets Support Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify, investigate, and resolve operational discrepancies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to **escalate** issues in a timely manner

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume operations environment

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Previous experience in securities lending operations or financial services operations is a plus

• Pay: $24.65/hour

• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Assignment Length: 4 Months

• Hybrid schedule in Jacksonville, FL (onsite 5 days/week during training, then minimum 3 days onsite per week)

This Markets Support Analyst position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.

Pay Details: $24.65 per hour
