Marketplace & Pricing Analyst [AQ-11023]

This role is an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension up to 2 years.

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to join this pivotal team. In this role, you will dive deep into marketplace performance data, identify critical growth and pricing opportunities, and translate complex analysis into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze real-time and historical data to identify market trends, monitor competitive landscapes, and pinpoint opportunities to optimize business performance.
• Design, lead, and implement marketplace, pricing, and product strategies that fuel business growth.
• Streamline and enhance ongoing pricing processes, constantly seeking avenues for greater efficiency and optimization.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into operational challenges and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills

• Ability to interpret complex data, translate insights into real-world implications, and formulate clear, data-backed recommendations.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and skilled in pulling data using SQL.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on taking initiative and delivering measurable business impact.
• Adept at breaking down intricate problems, applying critical thinking, and leveraging data to find effective solutions.
• Demonstrate a structured approach to thinking and work, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of managing diverse projects simultaneously and driving multiple activities forward to successful completion.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, enabling clear and effective communication across all levels.

• Strong ability to prioritize effectively, adapt quickly to shifting business needs, and pivot strategies as required.

• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and visualization.
• Professional fluency in one of the local languages relevant to operating regions.
