Marketing Specialist

Overview Colliers Engineering and Design is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us in either Mt. Arlington, NJ; Mt. Laurel, NJ; Hamilton, NJ or Egg Harbor, NJ!

Are you a marketing professional ready to make a real impact? Colliers Engineering equivalent experience considered. 4 years of progressive marketing experience in the A/E/C or professional services industry. Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-focused narratives. Demonstrated expertise as a solid contributor with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with CRM/database platforms (Unanet or similar). Portfolio demonstrating successful proposals or marketing campaigns. Professional involvement in industry organizations (SMPS, AIA, ACEC, AGC, ULI); CPSM designation a plus.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Strong understanding of marketing and business development principles, proposal workflows, and compliance requirements. Continuous improvement mindset.

Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable under shifting priorities. Proactive and resourceful approach. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written communication and project management skills. Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
