Marketing Specialist (12 months contract)

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage marketing activities across Poland, the Baltics, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

You will develop and execute regional marketing plans, create social media and promotional content, organize events and trade shows, manage newsletters and PR activities, and work closely with sales, customers and international teams.

If you are creative, organized, hands-on and experienced in marketing, with strong Polish and English skills and knowledge of Adobe tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities

• Executing all MarCom activities for the region Poland, Baltics, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Develop and execute regional strategy for this region.
• Support of regional sales team in these markets.
• Cooperate with international marketing and communication team.
• Cooperate with customer marketing teams (distributors) to develop and execute year plans.
• Cooperate with Technical department to generate and communicate interesting content for workshops and mechanics
• Organize and execute marketing year plan with customers, including promotional campaigns.
• Create, write (or translate) and (re)post content for local social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Organizing NRF presence on trade shows, customer events and local NRF events.
• Sending monthly newsletters (using Mailchimp).
• Manage NRF presence through advertising via local media (online platforms and magazines).
• Send out press releases to local media.
• Be involved in local marketing projects (like racing sponsorships).
• Create or translate advertising material and flyers using Adobe software (mainly Adobe Photoshop and InDesign).
• Organizing distribution of merchandise.

Our requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Skills in social media.
• Native Polish speaker.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Adobe design software.
• Willing to travel to customers and events in your region.
