Are you an experienced Marketing Project Executive/Manager, Marketing Operations professional or Marketing Account Executive, ready to make an immediate impact during a busy period?

This is a fantastic opportunity to support and co-ordinate a well-respected organisation’s marketing team on key projects and events at a very busy time.

The position will focus on delivering critical projects and conferences; the successful candidate will demonstrate an agency background, with the ability to "account manage" some truly exciting briefs.

Acting as the conduit between the client, in-house digital expert, events and PR teams, this assignment requires a consummate professional with a confident grasp of print media and stakeholder management.

Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require a speedy start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Based rurally near Didcot, the role offers onsite parking and will require a car as no public transport runs nearby.

Temporary Marketing Project Executive/Manager Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing multiple marketing projects and campaigns to ensure successful delivery within tight deadlines.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers, including printers and event venues.
  • Supporting the delivery of major events, including attendance at events with overnight stays.
  • Assisting with creative production, content capture, and social media coverage during events.
  • Overseeing print materials from initial design through to proofing and liaising directly with printers.
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns and CRM activities to maximise stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintaining project documentation and progress reports to keep all stakeholders informed.

Temporary Marketing Project Executive/Manager Rewards

  • c. £19 per hour plus holiday pay, paid via the Allen Associates weekly PAYE payroll.
  • Full time hours.  Duration of 3 to 4 months.

  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and print materials.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience liaising with printers and managing print specifications.
  • Familiarity with social media support and content capture during live events.
  • Knowledge of email automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Confident in working autonomously and prioritising workload.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and support diverse project needs.
