Marketing Project Coordinator (Artwork) (f/m/d)

As a Marketing Project Coordinator (Artwork) you will manage the complete artwork development process for product labels—from completing the initial brief through the approval process and releasing file to packaging suppliers. You will ensure that you deliver all label updates and new label creations on time, in full (OTIF), in line with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.

You will support diverse labelling projects initiated by international marketing and portfolio teams, contributing to new product launches, redesigns, product updates, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will act as the central point of contact between multiple internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, product management, product stewardship, master data, technical teams, in‑house graphic designers and external design agencies, and packaging suppliers.

You will ensure that artwork workflows progress according to schedule, promoting the spirit of communication and co‑operation between the functions.

You will report to the Head of Marketing Shared Services, AC EMEA.

Location: Curie‑Skłodowskiej 12, Wrocław (Nobilis Business House).

Work model: Hybrid (Fridays flexible).

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end‑to‑end artwork process for product labels for multiple products, brands and markets.
  • Translate artwork briefs and requirements into clear instructions for external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage approval workflows, ensuring review and sign‑off on time by all required functions.
  • Ensure accuracy of label content, including regulatory text, symbols, translations, and technical information.
  • Track artwork status, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Collaborate with packaging suppliers and printing houses to ensure compliance with technical and print specifications.
  • Ensure all artworks follow brand, design, and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain artwork archives.
  • Support different teams with artwork‑related queries and provide guidance on processes and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree (preferred areas: Marketing, Management, Chemistry or related fields).
  • 2‑5 years of experience in artwork coordination, marketing operations, project environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Fluent English, other languages will be an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience with artwork management systems, or digital review tools valued.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
