Marketing Manager Delhi (On-Site) Full-Time About Xtremex XTREMEX is one of India's fastest-growing apparel brands, blending performance, streetwear, and lifestyle fashion. We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can lead our marketing team, drive growth, and help scale the brand to the next level. Role Overview As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing all marketing functions of the brand, including performance marketing, creative design, influencer marketing, content, and website optimization.
Your primary objective will be to increase revenue, strengthen brand awareness, and build a high-performing marketing team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the marketing team on a daily basis Coordinate with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Performance Marketers, and Influencer Marketing Executives Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth Plan and manage product launches and promotional campaigns Oversee Meta Ads and other paid acquisition channels Manage influencer collaborations and creator partnerships Work closely with the e-commerce team to improve website performance and conversion rates Build systems, processes, and SOPs for the marketing department Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data Ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer insights Report key marketing metrics and business performance directly to the Founder Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue Growth Customer Acquisition Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) Website Conversion Rate Average Order Value (AOV) Influencer Marketing Performance Brand Reach and Awareness Customer Retention Must-Have Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Brand Management Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands Experience managing a team of marketers, designers, and content creators Strong understanding of Meta Ads and e-commerce marketing Experience working with D2C brands Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities Proven track record of driving revenue growth Preferred Qualifications Experience scaling D2C brands Knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce operations Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns What we're looking for Ownership mindset Strong leadership skills Data-driven decision making Excellent execution ability Creative thinker with growth mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment If you're passionate about building brands, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.
