We are seeking a high-caliber Performance Marketing Manager to architect and execute the growth engine for our soon-to-launch payments app. This isn't a "set it and forget it" role; we need a hands-on expert who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and granular campaign optimization to drive rapid, sustainable user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities ● Paid Media Execution: Launch, manage, and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, etc. ● Full-Funnel Optimization: While your primary focus is acquisition, you’ll collaborate with the product team to ensure the "leaky bucket" is plugged—optimizing the path from click to first transaction. ● Experimentation Framework: Design and run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. We value "failing fast" and scaling what works. ● Attribution & Reporting: Establish clear tracking and attribution models. You should be able to tell us not just where users are coming from, but which ones are actually driving revenue. ● Creative Strategy: Brief our design team on high-performing ad concepts based on data-driven insights and current fintech trends. ● Budget Management: Rigorously manage a flexible monthly spend, ensuring every dollar is working toward our growth targets.
