Hiring: Marketing (Founding Team) — Delhi (in-office) We’re an early-stage startup in the kids (3–10) space, building out of our Delhi office. Co-founded by IIT and NIT alumni. App has 100k+ download. This is not a conventional marketing role. If you’re looking for structured briefs, playbooks, or “manage X channel” — this won’t work. What you’ll do Shape how the brand thinks, speaks, and shows up Create messaging that actually resonates with kids and parents Build from zero → one (campaigns, narratives, experiments) Use tools (AI, analytics, design) to amplify your thinking, not replace it Non-negotiables Independent thinking — you don’t wait for validation Taste — you can tell what works vs what’s just noise Respect for craft — words, ideas, timing matter to you High agency — you figure things out instead of escalating everything Originality — if your work depends on LLMs to exist, this isn’t a fit This will likely not work for you if: You need clearly defined scopes and constant direction You rely on templates, trends, or “what others are doing” You’re optimizing for comfort over ownership What helps Experience in consumer/content/storytelling roles Familiarity with modern tools (AI, growth, design, analytics) Having built something from scratch (even small, even messy) Location Delhi (in-office).
