HawkVision AI is not looking for a conventional marketing manager. We are looking for a high-impact global marketer who wants to help build one of the world’s leading AI companies in workplace safety and industrial computer vision. We are a fast-growing company with global ambition, operating at the intersection of AI, industrial transformation, and workplace safety .

Our platform helps organisations use existing CCTV and computer vision AI to detect risks, reduce unsafe acts, improve compliance, and prevent serious incidents before they happen. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to take ownership of the entire global marketing agenda of a category-defining company at an exciting stage of growth. The Opportunity You will lead and drive HawkVision AI’s marketing worldwide — from digital presence and campaigns to events, webinars, lead generation, brand building, and sales enablement.

You will work directly with senior leadership and play a visible role in shaping how HawkVision AI is positioned in the market, how we build credibility, and how marketing directly contributes to pipeline and revenue growth. This role is for someone who is commercially sharp, hands-on, execution-driven, and excited by the challenge of building a global brand in a serious B2B market. What You Will Own End-to-end ownership of HawkVision AI’s global marketing function Management and continuous improvement of the company website and digital presence Social media strategy and execution, especially LinkedIn Global marketing campaigns across digital, outbound, content, and partner channels B2B lead generation initiatives to support enterprise sales growth Planning and execution of webinars, thought leadership programmes, and customer-facing campaigns End-to-end management of international events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums Development of high-quality marketing and sales collateral including decks, case studies, brochures, and campaign assets Strong alignment with leadership and sales to improve market positioning, demand generation, and conversion Measurement of campaign effectiveness, lead quality, engagement, and ROI Who We Are Looking For We want someone with the confidence and maturity to represent a global B2B technology company and the energy to personally drive execution.

Essential Requirements MBA from a leading institute Proven success in B2B marketing Strong experience in industrial marketing Good understanding of manufacturing, industrial environments, or enterprise operational markets Experience managing websites, digital campaigns, social media, webinars, and lead generation Strong communication, positioning, and content instincts Ability to work at both strategic and execution level Willingness and confidence to travel internationally for global events and industry engagement Highly Preferred Experience in AI, SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial technology, automation, or safety-related sectors Experience supporting complex B2B or enterprise sales cycles Exposure to global trade shows, partner marketing, and brand-building in international markets Strong commercial mindset with clear understanding of pipeline generation and revenue impact What Will Make You Successful You think beyond activity and focus on business outcomes You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving growth environment You know how to make a company look credible, sharp, and world-class You are as comfortable writing campaign copy as you are coordinating an industry event You understand that great marketing is not about noise — it is about trust, positioning, demand generation, and conversion Why This Role Matters At HawkVision AI, marketing is not a support function in the background.
