Job Description

FAMSUN is a global leader in feed, food processing, and intelligent manufacturing solutions, with projects delivered in more than 100 countries. For 50 years, we've pioneered feed machinery technologies that drive higher raw material utilization and greater energy efficiency — strengthening global food security while protecting the planet.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to build Famsun's market intelligence capability across the American Region from the ground up. This isn't a communications support role — it's the function that turns raw market signals into strategic decisions. You'll design and run the annual market insight process for the region, lead major research initiatives, and translate what you learn into mechanisms and principles that actually fit how business gets done locally.

You'll guide international platform strategy with real regional data, and you'll be the one shaping how the Famsun brand is seen, trusted, and recognized across the Americas. If you want to build a market intelligence function rather than just execute one, this is your seat at the table.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic planning: design and execute the annual marketing strategy and market insight program for the American Region, including major specialized research initiatives, ensuring alignment with global company strategy and building the FAMSUN brand in a region where it's still relatively unknown.
  2. Market, competitive, and data intelligence: collect, verify, and analyze market insight, competitor, consumer, and CRM data to support business operations and uncover new opportunities, progressively building mechanisms and principles suited to regional development.
  3. Guidance and enablement: provide guidance, training, and business consulting on market insight practices, CRM usage, and data analysis across the American Region, aligned with corporate requirements.
  4. Marketing management execution: implement strategic marketing plans across product, pricing, channel, and promotion management, translating insight into concrete go-to-market decisions.
  5. Brand, PR, and communications: take full ownership of internal and external communications — exhibitions, events, collaterals, and newsletters — and deploy marketing campaigns with the local sales team across traditional and new media to strengthen brand image and customer awareness.
  6. Channel and partner performance: monitor and analyze the performance of regional channel partners together with country managers, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
  7. Client engagement: maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients; lead training activities for customers and partners to introduce new products and generate demand.
  8. Strategic input: combine international and regional platform business expansion needs — supported by CRM and market data — to inform market strategy formulation and project strategy decisions.
  9. Departmental execution: organize and implement other Marketing Department initiatives across the American Region as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related disciplines
  • Proven track in B2B industries / relations for Pet Food or Animal Feed (Agribusiness)
  • Strategical thinking in marketing planning, sales enablement and brand value propositions.
  • Innovative, energetic, strong analytical, result oriented, exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to quickly establish footing in new environments
  • Proactive mindset with strong execution ability

LANGUAGES REQUIRED:

  • Advanced English (Mandatory — working-language level, to be tested)
  • Portuguese proficiency required
  • Spanish is a plus
