We provide programs, services and initiatives to help improve the lives of veterans and their families, raise funds to support services through our appeals, leadcommemoration of service, overarchingleadership to our network of 260+ Sub-Branches and represent approximately200,000 membersonveteran relatedissues.

About the opportunity
The Marketing Lead will be a strategic and hands-on specialist, responsible for developing and delivering an organisation wide marketing strategy and we embark on a modernisation journey. Strengthening the awareness of RSL Victoria’s purpose and impact in the lives of veterans and their families.
Creating compelling donor acquisition and engagement campaigns to support fundraising initiatives. Design the iconic ANZAC and Poppy appeal campaigns.
The Marketing Lead will be an agile team-player, comfortable creating content in-house, while also having the capability to work with agencies on more complex campaigns.
This is a full-time permanent position based at the iconic ANZAC House on Collins Street, Melbourne, CBD.
About you
You're a strategic and hands-on marketing specialist with a deep understanding of campaign delivery, storytelling, and brand building. You thrive in dynamic environments, balancing long-term vision with your day-to-day execution and are equally confident working autonomously and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You will bring a creative, adaptable, solutions focused mindset to every challenge and relish in working with a charitable organisation where your values align with ours, helping bring a greater impact to the wider community.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience in senior marketing roles within not-for-profits or mission-led organisations.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including brand, engagement and fundraising initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Strong digital marketing and content creation capabilities, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and insights.
