PBF Australia is looking for a creative, confident Marketing & Communications Lead to help build our national brand, tell powerful stories and grow our impact.

The opportunity
Working closely with the CEO, you’ll take ownership of PBF’s marketing and communications and have real scope to shape our brand, strengthen our profile and bring our stories to life.
You’ll lead:
Brand, content and communications strategy
Social media, digital and website
Campaigns and events
PR, media and thought leadership
Newsletters, publications and Annual Report
Fundraising and donor communications
This is not just a social media role. We’re looking for a storyteller who can turn lived experience, impact and great ideas into communications that make people stop, connect and act.
About you
You’re creative, curious and proactive, with:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Marketing or a closely related discipline is essential.
3+ years’ senior marketing and communications experience
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
Strong digital and social media capability
Experience in campaigns and brand development
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The confidence to work independently and make things happen
