An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Marketing Executive to join a growing and dynamic business based in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys a hands‑on role and wants to make a real impact across digital campaigns, e‑commerce, content, and brand development.
Working within a fast‑paced and creative environment, you will play a key role in delivering digital marketing strategies across multiple locations and supporting the growth of established brands within an international marketplace.
This role would suit a proactive and commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining creativity with data‑driven decision making and is confident managing campaigns from concept through to execution.
The Role
Reporting into the wider marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering a varied range of marketing activities, including:
Digital Marketing & Campaign Delivery
- Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and partnerships
- Maintain the annual marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively
- Identify opportunities to improve performance through testing and optimisation
- Work closely with brand partners to align marketing activity and maximise campaign opportunities
Website & E-commerce Management
- Maintain and update multiple websites using CMS platforms including Magento, Webflow, Shopify, and Squarespace
- Manage website content, product updates, blogs, and digital assets
- Conduct regular website audits to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a high-quality user experience
- Support website strategy, conversion optimisation, SEO improvements, and UX enhancements
- Manage the Magento 2 platform, working with developers and external agencies to deliver improvements and resolve issues
- Monitor retailer websites to ensure brand standards, product information, and merchandising guidelines are maintained
Email Marketing & Automation
- Create and deliver email campaigns and newsletters across platforms including HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Salesforce
- Segment audiences and tailor messaging based on customer journeys
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements
PPC & Paid Advertising
- Support the management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI
- Work alongside external partners to optimise paid activity
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Produce reports and provide insights to support commercial decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and overall performance
Content & Creative Marketing
- Support the creation of marketing content across digital and print channels
- Design or coordinate production of brochures, flyers, presentations, email templates, and social media assets
- Work with suppliers and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Lead Generation & Partnerships
- Support lead generation campaigns and conversion optimisation
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with business objectives
- Build relationships with partners and support events, sponsorships, and online activities
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience delivering commercially focused marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and e‑commerce
- Experience managing websites and CMS platforms, ideally including Magento
- Understanding of website optimisation, UX, and digital performance
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Account Engagement, HubSpot, or similar
- Experience with paid advertising platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience using creative tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or InDesign
- Knowledge of HTML would be advantageous
- A creative approach with a strong eye for brand identity and aesthetics
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
