We are looking for a results-obsessed Marketing Events Coordinator to dominate our retail marketing program inside Home Depot and Sam’s Club stores in the Las Vegas market. This Is Not an Entry-Level Marketing Role This is a frontline sales leadership position. You will: Lead retail lead-generation efforts inside high-traffic stores Recruit, train, and push a team of Event Demonstrators to hit aggressive targets Personally engage customers and generate appointments daily Own the numbers and be accountable for results If you’re uncomfortable talking to strangers or being measured by performance, this isn’t for you. What You’ll Be Responsible For Booking and managing a full retail event calendar Driving appointment volume inside Home Depot & Sam’s Club locations Hiring, training, and coaching a high-output team Setting the standard for energy, urgency, and professionalism Tracking metrics daily and adjusting strategy to outperform goals Turning foot traffic into booked Free In-Home Consultations Following up on contest leads and converting them to appointments Who We Want Highly outgoing — you can start a conversation with anyone Competitive and performance-driven Money-motivated and bonus-focused Comfortable leading from the front Able to stand for long periods in a retail environment Available to work weekends (this is prime time) Retail sales, event marketing, or lead generation experience is a strong plus — but mindset matters more than resume.
