Role Description The Marketing Engine Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven marketing systems and automation workflows. This role focuses on building and maintaining marketing technology stacks, integrating CRM and analytics tools, and developing processes that support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. The individual will configure campaign engines, segment audiences, and create reporting dashboards to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align system capabilities with business goals, troubleshooting technical issues, and continuously improving the efficiency and scalability of marketing operations. The position requires a balance of technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and an understanding of healthcare service marketing.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and integration tools to build and manage scalable marketing engines.
- Strong analytical and data skills, including proficiency with marketing analytics, tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as lead generation, funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and campaign management.
- Technical capabilities with APIs, databases, or scripting languages that support system integration and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in healthcare, home health, or related regulated industries is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving business and technology needs.
