Marketing Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of an international team that values collaboration, ownership, and initiative. The position is based in Rybnik, but you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing, who is based in DK.

You will support marketing activities across the Crispy Food Group, working closely with colleagues in different locations and contributing to projects that make a real impact.

You will be responsible for:

• The packaging artwork process across our sites and customers
• Optimization and maintenance of our websites
• All merchandise that we use internally and externally
• Primary contact to our marketing agencies in Poland
• Responsible for developing and maintaining our corporate visual identity
• Ad hoc support with marketing materials, SoMe content, fairs, analysis, etc.

Our requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position (minimum 1 year)
• Higher education in marketing (e.g., a bachelor’s or a master’s degree)
• Good level of English, both spoken and written, that allows for effortless communication (all communication will be in English in the team)
• MS Office applications at a high level
• Adobe applications needed for building visual materials
• Good understanding of working with SoMe channels (LinkedIn)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way
• Excellent communication skills, combined with flexibility and creativity
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and supporting shared goals
• Accountability for your responsibilities, decisions, and results
• Respect for colleagues, customers, and diverse perspectives in an international environment
