Marketing Business Development Manager

We build brands, shape narratives, and create campaigns people actually engage with. Now we’re looking for someone who can walk into a boardroom, understand what a brand truly needs, and turn conversations into long-term mandates. This role will drive growth across three distinct verticals - PR, social & digital, and film/content production, spanning integrated communication mandates across industries.

What you’ll own • Run end-to-end new business development across PR, social/digital, influencer marketing, branded content, films, and integrated communication mandates • Build and manage a strong pipeline across corporates, startups, healthcare, pharma, lifestyle, FMCG, technology, and entertainment brands • Lead pitch conversations, write sharp proposals, build compelling decks, and close retainers as well as project-based mandates • Work closely with leadership, creative, and strategy teams to develop communication plans and solutions that are insight-led and commercially strong • Represent the group at industry events, networking forums, client meetings, and key brand conversations • Track and manage the business pipeline rigorously - from outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and signed SOWs You’ll be a strong fit if • You’ve spent 3–10 years in a PR, digital, media, influencer, branding, or production agency environment • You understand brand communications and know how to sell ideas, campaigns, and strategic thinking • You can confidently engage with marketing heads, brand managers, founders, and leadership teams • You understand how retainers, integrated mandates, and agency commercials work • You can contribute strategically to pitches, campaign thinking, and communication-led solutions • You’re proactive, articulate, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating across multiple business verticals • Experience across healthcare, pharma, FMCG, lifestyle, technology, or entertainment brands is a plus The three verticals you’ll represent • Talking Point Communications — PR, corporate communications & media relations • Social & Digital — content, campaigns, influencer marketing & digital strategy • Red Comet Films — films, branded content, ads & video production Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi (In-office) Apply at:
