The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team and support the delivery of campaigns, communications, events, and engagement activities that promote our services and strengthen our brand presence.

Working on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, you will play a key role in coordinating marketing initiatives, supporting stakeholder engagement activities, maintaining marketing content and collateral, and assisting with the successful delivery of campaigns and events. This role offers a diverse mix of creative, administrative, and project-based responsibilities, making it ideal for a marketing professional looking to grow their experience within a values-driven organisation.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities, ensuring timely delivery of project tasks, approvals, collateral, and campaign assets.
  • Assisting with the distribution of marketing content across digital and print channels.
  • Monitoring social media engagement and responding or escalating enquiries.
  • Assisting in coordinating marketing events, expos, webinars, stakeholder forums, and community engagement activities.
  • Maintaining and updating marketing collateral, service information, website content, and digital assets to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Market research, competitor monitoring, stakeholder engagement and survey activities.
  • Collection, maintenance, and reporting of campaign, event, and service performance data.
  • Supporting the development of presentations, case studies, promotional materials, and service-related resources.

About You!

As the successful candidate, you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong editing capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of marketing, communications, event management, and digital platforms and tools.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in supporting with the coordination of projects, events, campaigns, or stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to collect and report on marketing performance information.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

The annual salary will be between $71,500 and $78,000 (plus superannuation), dependent upon relevant experience and qualification.
