Marketing and Media Executive

Quinta do Lago | Office-Based | Full Time

Liberty is a purposely small luxury real estate agency specialising exclusively in Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. We are looking for an exceptional Marketing & Media Executive to take ownership of both our property marketing and our brand marketing ensuring every Liberty listing and every piece of marketing reflects the quality and personality of our brand.

The role combines strategic thinking, creativity and exceptional organisation. You'll manage the complete marketing lifecycle of luxury property listings, help build Liberty's brand through original content and campaigns, and coordinate the production of premium marketing media.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for three key areas:

Property Marketing

Manage the complete marketing lifecycle of every property, from instruction through to publication and ongoing optimisation. This includes:

• Managing listings within our CRM.
• Developing the marketing angle for each property.
• Writing high-quality property descriptions and launch campaigns.
• Publishing listings across our website, property portals and partner networks.
• Monitoring listing performance and continually improving results.

Brand Marketing

Help strengthen Liberty's position as a leading luxury real estate agency in Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo by creating engaging content and marketing campaigns, including:

• Lifestyle and area content.
• Market insight.
• Company and behind-the-scenes content.
• Client stories and testimonials.
• Social media management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Brand campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Marketing Production

Coordinate and oversee the production of all marketing media, ensuring every project is delivered to Liberty's premium standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating photography and videography.
• Preparing creative briefs and video scripts.
• Styling properties for photography.
• Providing creative direction during shoots.
• Reviewing photography and video content.
• Managing post-production and ensuring all marketing assets are approved and ready for publication.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• An exceptional written communicator with excellent English.
• Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
• Creative and able to write engaging, original content.
• Passionate about photography, design, architecture and luxury brands.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software.
• Highly proficient in using AI to improve efficiency and elevate the quality of marketing campaigns while maintaining originality and brand integrity.

Portuguese language skills are advantageous but not essential.
