Placr's client is looking for a creative, ambitious and proactive Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their growing team in Haywards Heath.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll help raise the company's profile, strengthen its brand and support business growth through creative and engaging marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters and social media.
• Interview technical professionals and transform complex information into compelling marketing content.
• Manage website updates, SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
• Produce graphics and short-form video content using tools such as Canva.
• Support business development through events, marketing campaigns, award submissions and CRM activity.
• Use AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and brand awareness.

About You

• Experience in a marketing, digital marketing or business development role.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Creative, organised and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
• Confident using social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with Canva, WordPress, SEO or email marketing would be advantageous.
• An interest in AI and marketing technology is highly desirable.
