Job Description
FlexSolv Networks is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate who is detail-oriented to contribute to the achievement of the company in the Telecom Industry.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Interact & negotiate with customers and execute sales.
- Promote the company's telecom services and introduce them to the market.
- Strong marketing and sales negotiation skills are needed.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities to understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's development goals.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Focus on improving SEO performance.
- Utilize various social media platforms to promote the business.
- Lead market research plans to identify new opportunities.
- Work with outside sales to develop business opportunities in a geographic area.
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
- Build strategic relationships to drive new revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Telecom knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Familiarity with business development and marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Proactive and a good listener.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- A bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or business development is preferred.
- OSP fielding and construction preferred but not required.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Office Hours: 8am-5pm
