Job Description

FlexSolv Networks is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate who is detail-oriented to contribute to the achievement of the company in the Telecom Industry.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Interact & negotiate with customers and execute sales.
  • Promote the company's telecom services and introduce them to the market.
  • Strong marketing and sales negotiation skills are needed.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities to understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's development goals.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Focus on improving SEO performance.
  • Utilize various social media platforms to promote the business.
  • Lead market research plans to identify new opportunities.
  • Work with outside sales to develop business opportunities in a geographic area.
  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
  • Build strategic relationships to drive new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Telecom knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Familiarity with business development and marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proactive and a good listener.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • A bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or business development is preferred.
  • OSP fielding and construction preferred but not required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Office Hours: 8am-5pm
