Job Description Summary Outside Sales Representative (B2B / Rental) Sunbelt's Market Sales Leader is equipped for success to help us serve our customers.

Market Sales Leaders drive revenue by coaching Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers to identify current and upcoming jobsites, distinguish key customers on those jobsites, and cultivate relationships with key decision makers such as Project Managers and Executives. They develop an effective strategic approach to the market and targeted customers, ensuring OSRs collaborate to provide customers with solutions and quality service. A Market Sales Leader harnesses the Power of Sunbelt by driving sales force productivity and maximizing performance from each seller while identifying strategic customers and jobsites to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities Coach and support Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers to identify current and upcoming jobsites. Distinguish key customers on identified jobsites and cultivate relationships with decision makers (e.g., Project Managers and Executives). Develop and execute a strategic market approach to maximize revenue and market share.

Drive sales force productivity and performance by identifying strategic customers and opportunities. Collaborate with team members to provide customers with solutions and quality service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 4+ years of proven sales experience Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification Ability to meet/exceed sales goals as an individual contributor Ability to build a territory and grow market share Safety Safety is key to our culture.

The physical demands of this role include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job. Relevant Titles Related experience may include: District Sales Rep, National Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise Sales and Marketing Rep, B2B Account Representative, Rental Sales Manager, Rental Sales Representative, Equipment Sales Rep, Profit Center Manager, Account Executive; Account Manager; Equipment Sales Engineer Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $87,672.00 - 120,549.00 Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
