Inspire and lead a team of sellers and recruiters to grow the Manpower business in owned markets. Add staff and market geography by building a book of clients and associates.

Leverage thought leadership to position yourself as a market and industry leader, known by clients and communities of relevance for World of Work expertise. Understand market and industry trends and translate them into clear strategy and business plans that capitalize on opportunity. Manage a P&L while driving year‑over‑year growth in revenue and profit margin, improving efficiency.

As P&L owner, bring in business and improve efficiency, aligning to organizational values and guidelines and budgets. Build strategy that capitalizes on market/industry opportunity and operationalize it into clear direction for the team. Inspire and lead a team, develop and retain talent – hire, onboard, manage, and develop a team of 5–10 employees.

Develop strategies and tactics to direct sales and recruiting activities. Oversee execution with hands‑on coaching of direct reports, working with clients and consultants to drive loyalty and resolve escalations. Offer customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands to leverage full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.
