Market & Data Research Analyst

Our client located in downtown Toronto is currently looking for a Market & Data Research Analyst to add to their team.

Salary range: $70,000 -$80,000 plus annual bonus

***Hybrid position*** 3 days per week in the office

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating on the design, development, and implementation of departmental projects and strategic initiatives
• Collecting and analyzing operational data to identify trends, evaluate performance metrics, and support evidence-based decision-making
• Preparing comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Managing project timelines and deliverables while providing timely responses to internal and external information requests
• Maintaining strict adherence to organizational policies, data governance standards, and professional best practices
• Continuously evaluating and improving internal workflows, reporting tools, and administrative processes to enhance efficiency

The ideal candidate will/must have:

• University Degree in Data, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 3 - 5+ years in data analysis, market research, or BI
• Experience with surveys, focus groups, and benchmarking
• Proficient in MS Office, digital survey platforms, and data visualization tools
• Knowledge of Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) and data governance
• Strong communication, writing, and time-management skills
