The Role We’re seeking a chartered or nearly chartered Engineer with 4–5+ years’ experience in heavy civil or structural design. Maritime experience is beneficial but not essential - what matters most is your willingness to learn and your ability to tackle complex engineering challenges and deliver meaningful, lasting solutions.

As a key member of a collaborative and highly skilled team, you will: Lead projects end‑to‑end: from due diligence and concept design through to construction delivery. Work closely with clients and senior leadership to shape technical direction and project outcomes. Mentor junior engineers and technicians, supporting their development and contributing to a positive team culture.

Bring innovative thinking to a wide range of infrastructure challenges. Contribute to UK and international projects including ports, harbours, jetties, quays, breakwaters, flood defences, and waterfront developments. No two days are the same - one week you might be inspecting an ageing coastal asset, the next you could be helping shape the masterplan for a major overseas development.

What We’re Looking For Chartered or nearly chartered Civil/Structural Engineer with a relevant master’s degree. Strong experience in structural or infrastructure design. Confident project management and client‑facing skills.

A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring others. A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a flair for innovation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
