Manufacturing Support Analyst

Overview Our Client is in need of an IT Support Specialist with experience supporting Manufacturing environments and technology. The resource will handle IT support for one core site and will travel twice a year for short stints to different plants. These sites have roughly 200 users, and the specialist will be the main support specialist.

Requirements 5 years experience running and supporting plant/manufacturing facilities end-user technology – Windows, Mac, printers, mobile devices (iOS/Android) Printer and scanner installation, configuration, troubleshooting Conference room technology – Teams, Zoom, Webex, AV support Remote support tools and ticketing systems Basic Active Directory, group policy, and software deployment Key Accountabilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices including personal computers, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and multifunction devices Support and troubleshoot conference room equipment including video conferencing systems, displays, and audio equipment Perform device setup, configuration, and deployment for new employees and equipment refresh cycles Assist end-users with software installations, updates, and application issues Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve hardware and software problems Train end-users on device usage, software applications, and best practices Document support activities, maintain device inventory, and generate reports on support metrics and device performance Job Type & Location This is a contract position based out of Arlington, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.37 - $33.65/hr.
