As our new Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will be leading the development and execution of manufacturing processes and maintenance strategies that ensure efficient, high‑quality, and reliable operations across the plant.

What you will be doing As a key part of the Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance team, you'll create impact by optimizing equipment performance, driving continuous improvement, and empowering teams to deliver operational excellence that supports Grundfos's mission of pioneering solutions to the world's water and climate challenges. This position will report directly to the Regional Operations Director for CBS Americas and is a fully onsite position.

Your main responsibilities include Lead manufacturing engineering strategy and drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving to optimize quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support production targets Develop, coach, and lead the manufacturing engineering and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence Own and manage department capital and expense budgets, supporting capital equipment justification, selection, and implementation Support strategic initiatives and align departmental goals accordingly Ensure compliance with EHS, environmental, and quality standards while driving sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and energy consumption Partner cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, quality, and global teams to align engineering and maintenance goals with strategic business objectives What makes you a great fit Above all, you are a results‑driven manufacturing leader with deep expertise in manufacturing processes and maintenance management, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering continuous improvement in an industrial environment. We would also imagine that you have: A bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering (or related field); master's degree preferred A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering and/or maintenance, including 5+ years in a leadership role Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and team performance in an industrial setting Proficiency in SAP or other ERP/MRP systems, including BOM structures and routing It is a plus if you also: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) and familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies including automation, robotics, and data analytics Working knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Rockwell) and basic CNC programming Salary and benefits The salary range for this position is $102,500 to $154,630 per year. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile.

The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
