This is a role for someone who gets a buzz from a well-placed call - who takes real satisfaction in turning a sceptical "not sure" into a booked meeting, and who wants to build a career in financial services. We're looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Leicester, focused on outbound prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified opportunities for our Wealth and Employee Benefits Consultants. Your job isn't to close deals.

It's to open doors. What we're looking for: prior experience in a similar target driven role confidence on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls real motivation to hit targets and genuinely satisfied by booking a quality meeting strong organisation skills and ability to manage a busy pipeline moving simultaneously resilience and positivity - outbound sales has its ups and downs curiosity and a willingness to learn What you'll do: make proactive outbound calls and structured email outreach to senior decision-makers use LinkedIn to identify and engage the right contacts qualify opportunities and book first meetings directly into consultant diaries build and work targeted contact lists with structure and consistency craft outreach sequences that get responses and refine them when they don't follow up on warm leads without letting momentum drop keep CRM records accurate and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks Experience in outbound sales or business development is a plus - but attitude, energy and coachability matter just as much.
