Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWAI

\n

Experience: 6-8 Years (Post Qualification)

\n

Industry Preference: Construction/Building/ Real Estate (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
\n
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
\n
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes.
\n
• Monitor project profitability, cost controls, and project accounting for construction and real estate projects.
\n
• Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.
\n
• Oversee statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
\n
• Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, and other statutory requirements.
\n
• Develop and strengthen internal financial controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.
\n
• Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
\n
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
\n
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and overall financial health of projects and business units.
\n
• Support business leadership with feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and project finance assessments.
\n
• Lead and mentor finance team members while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
\n

Candidate Profile

\n

\n
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ICWAI with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
\n
• Strong exposure to Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
\n
• Proven experience in the Construction/Building/ and Real Estate sector is essential .
\n
• Strong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition, cost management, and real estate financial operations.
\n
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel-based financial models is preferred.
