- Oversee receipt, inspection, and storage of all incoming goods
- Process client/customer orders accurately and on time
- Monitor warehouse space and storage capacity for new and existing products
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Verify physical stock against system inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff/labour teams to meet productivity targets
- Manage workflow to maximize efficiency and reduce overtime costs
- Report daily operational variances to management with corrective actions
- Conduct frequent visits inside freezer storage areas
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all inbound/outbound documentation
- Coordinate with external parties for smooth and timely order processing
- Collaborate with internal teams: production, logistics, accounts, sales
- Ensure compliance with applicable state warehouse regulationsOperate and oversee use of warehouse equipment (pallet jack, rider jack, turret truck, forklift)
- Train new warehouse employees on processes, equipment, and safety
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
