BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- MBA required; Pharmaceutical Mgmt. preferred
- 6+ years Pharma/Biopharma related exp.
- Experience in planning/strategy is desirable
JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Tender Management
- Ensure process and approvals alignment for tender participation
- Drive process and ensure compliance for tender participation in a timely fashion
Tender Tracking
- Develop an exhaustive tender tracking regime
- Ensure capturing qualitative and quantitative data in coordination with the team
- Proactively build readiness for major must-win tenders
- Identify external sources of data for cross-referencing and validation of information
Tender Analytics
- Develop comprehensive dashboards for monthly and quarterly reviews
- Build analytics focusing on comparison vs. Budget, across time periods to evaluate trends in Pricing, Volume, Competition etc.
- Develop a knowledge bank of information to be utilized for Negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze syndicated and published data sources to understand pricing trends and impact of competition
Tender Demand Integration
- Ensure tender demand is well represented in IBP and align on prioritization for supply mapping in-line with the profitability requirements for EM
