Manager, System Enablement (Salesforce) | Enterprise Transformation Role Location: Scottsdale, AZ (primarily onsite with ~20% travel) Full-Time | Mid-Senior Level Are you a Salesforce enablement leader who knows how to drive real adoption—not just deployments? We are actively recruiting on behalf of a market-leading organization seeking a Manager, System Enablement to lead enterprise-wide system adoption, training strategy, and user proficiency across a complex, multi-function environment. This is a high-visibility role where you will directly influence how technology translates into business performance.

What You'll Own: Lead enterprise enablement strategy to drive Salesforce adoption and user proficiency Manage end-to-end rollout support : training, readiness, hypercare, and post-launch optimization Deploy and optimize Salesforce tools including In-App Guidance, Guidance Paths, and Knowledge Establish KPIs and governance frameworks tied to adoption, compliance, and performance Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, IT, and Product teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned to evolving business needs Build and guide a scalable enablement function , including team leadership What We're Looking For: 5+ years in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud) 5+ years in enablement, training, or system adoption roles Proven success leading enterprise rollouts, change management, and governance frameworks Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence Experience driving measurable adoption outcomes and user engagement Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce certifications a plus Why This Role Stands Out Own enterprise-level enablement strategy —not just execution Direct impact on system adoption, business performance, and user experience Opportunity to build and shape a growing enablement function Work in a high-growth, operationally complex environment where your impact is visible Why Work With Northwest Talent Solutions...
