Job Description

Position Summary The Supply Chain Operational Process Manager is a member of the Leiden Manufacturing Site’s Supply Chain team and supports directly the materials management and warehouse processes at shopfloor operations. Key Responsibilities Provide front line support for Materials Management and Supply Chain operations. Lead and author supply chain deviation, investigations, CAPAs, procedural documents, training content and change control.

Work with SMEs to conduct root cause analyses. Execute timely and compliant closure of investigations, deviations, CAPAs and change controls. Perform document revision, project, CAPA and deviation/investigation, change management actions, related tasks and/or continuous improvement efforts.

Train and mentor others on deviation, investigation, CAPA and change control process/procedures. May support health agency inspection as compliance (deviation, change control, etc.) subject matter expert. Communicate effectively with management and cross‑functional teams (e.g., present investigation findings at governance forums).

Provide guidance to less experienced staff with atypical events during day‑to‑day activities. Perform activities to support operations such as 5S, housekeeping, alarm acknowledgement, etc. Perform other tasks as required to support operations.

Perform shift work. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related discipline or relevant technical area with ≥ 4 years relevant experience; OR associate degree in a technical, scientific discipline with ≥ 6 years relevant experience. Six Sigma Belt preferred OR demonstrated experience with Operational Excellence/Lean methodologies is required.

Working knowledge technical writing skills. Working knowledge of root cause analysis techniques preferred. Working knowledge of quality management systems.

Working knowledge and implementation of data integrity principles preferred. Demonstrated experience with SAP Quality Management. Location Leiden, Netherlands EEO Statement Bristol Myers Squibb is an equal opportunity employer.
