Why this role matters The Manager — Supply Chain Management is the person responsible for building, managing, and growing factori.com's manufacturing supply network across India — and for leading a small team of Assistant Managers who work with you to do it.

You will be the person every manufacturing partner thinks of when they think of factori.com. You will report directly to the Founder & CEO and have a clear line of sight into the most strategic supply-side decisions of the business. What you'll own Building the manufacturing supply network — identify, qualify, and reach out to suitable manufacturing partners across India; maintain a healthy pipeline mapped to factori.com's category and capacity needs.

Onboarding partners — documentation, agreements, sample submission, first-order setup; coordinate with internal Category, Procurement, CM and Fulfilment teams for a clean start. Managing the partner lifecycle — track on-time delivery, quality, communication, capacity utilisation and engagement; run periodic business reviews; surface underperformers early; progress the best to bigger orders. Supply-chain risk, issue management & escalation — first point of contact for partner-side issues; work cross-functionally to resolve and prevent recurrence.

Partner exit & transitions — manage closures professionally and settle open commitments on both sides. What you'll lead A small team of Assistant Managers — set the weekly priorities, run a structured team rhythm, coach them on partner conversations, and hire and grow as the network expands. What we're looking for Must-have: 3–5 years in supply-chain management, sourcing, B2B partner management, key account management, strategic sourcing, or vendor management — ideally with apparel/textiles/manufacturing / B2B-sourcing exposure.

Excellent English; Hindi strongly preferred; conversational Tamil, Punjabi, Gujarati or Kannada a major plus. Comfort with CRMs and dashboards. Willingness to travel across Indian manufacturing hubs.

Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related; MBA/PGD in Supply Chain or Operations is a plus, not a must. Mindset we hire for: You BUY, you don't sell. Manufacturers are partners to be qualified and respected — not customers to be won.
