Manager

A SUBWAY® Manager performs and directs overall restaurant management and ensures that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Recruits and trains staff and makes sure employees feel supported. Responsible for inventory and money control systems - may establish inventory schedules.
