Job Description
Responsibilities You will work directly with executive sales leaders, sales teams, and front‑line sales managers to understand their pipe generation and pipe progression needs. You will collaborate with cross‑functional groups such as sales, marketing, enablement, strategy, and others to develop and implement a sales program that meets these needs, measure results, and adapt programs as necessary. You will work closely with your Sales Programs team members to develop and execute a single sales programs strategy to meet the business needs.
Who You Are The ideal candidate has experience in sales or support for sales through programs, enablement, strategy, operations, or consulting. You possess an analytical mind, executive presence, and problem‑solving ability, and act as a trusted adviser and business partner to sales leaders. You are comfortable analyzing data, identifying hotspots and needs, and working cross‑functionally with teams such as sales strategy, data science, corporate marketing, product marketing, and enablement to deliver programs that meet sales teams’ needs.
Preferred Qualifications Experienced . 5-7+ years of experience supporting a sales organization through programs, enablement, strategy, operations, or management consulting. Analytical . Experience monitoring pipeline metrics/data for trends, opportunities, and issues.
Salesforce reporting & dashboarding experience preferred. Comfortable manipulating data sets to drive data‑driven decision making. A go‑getter .
Initiative, proactivity, entrepreneurial mindset, experience managing a large, diverse workload, resourceful, strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills. Storyteller . Proven ability to create compelling executive narratives and messaging, and experience getting C‑level executives and senior stakeholders onboard with recommendations.
A+ Project Manager . Ability to balance thoroughness, high quality, and efficiency within a high volume of tasks. Builds alignment, keeps sales leaders and stakeholders informed.
Brings clarity and structure when managing fluid expectations and evolving demands.
