Job Description
Data Foundation Sales Leader As a Data Foundation Sales Leader, you sit at the epicenter of the most significant shift in enterprise tech: the Agentic Revolution. Responsibilities Lead, Coach & Develop : Fully responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and developing a team of Account Executives. Drive Revenue & Quota Attainment : Accountable for team ACV across MuleSoft and Informatica, aligning the team to the Data Foundation sales strategy.
Build Pipeline at Scale : Design and execute industryâspecific pipeline programs to generate highâquality pipeline and revenue across multiple enterprise verticals. Orchestrate the Ecosystem : Partner with Sales, Marketing, PreâSales, Partner Alliances, Services, and HR to provide the support the team needs. Forecast & Report with Precision : Report on pipeline generation, quality, revenue forecasting, and keep executive leadership informed.
Elevate Process & Efficiency : Act as a continuousâimprovement champion, working with Operations to implement recommendations that improve productivity. Motivate & Inspire : Create energy, motivate individuals and the team, and use creative incentives to exceed objectives. Qualifications Sales Leadership Experience: 3+ years leading a team of seven or more quotaâcarrying Account Executives; bachelorâs degree strongly preferred.
Proven Team Builder: Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead highâperforming teams in complex, matrixed selling environments. Executive Engagement Skills: Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills, comfortable in the boardroom with CIOs, CTOs, and other Câsuite stakeholders. CrossâFunctional Orchestration: Experience working across Sales, Marketing, PreâSales, Partner Alliances, and Services to align and achieve results.
AI & Data Curiosity: Natural curiosity about the evolving AI and agentic landscape, keeping up with trends to advise the team. Negotiation & Deal Strategy: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to guide the team through complex, multiâstakeholder deals. SelfâStarter Mentality: Highâenergy, highâinitiative leader who thrives in a fastâpaced environment and sets the tone for the team.
Core Competencies: Experience will be evaluated based on extracurricular leadership, military experience, volunteer roles, or other relevant experiences. Benefits & Compensation Compensation includes a base salary range of $131,150 - $225,540 annually (locationâspecific ranges apply). This range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive, equity, or benefits.
