Your Role Includes: Leading by Example: Be hands-on during every shift-jumping behind the bar, greeting customers, and showing the team what great service looks like.

Coaching & Development: Provide feedback, training, and encouragement to help baristas grow in skill and confidence. Operations Management: Support store checklists, uphold speed and quality standards, assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory. Decision-Making: Act as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is off shift.

Handle personnel and customer situations with professionalism and sound judgment. Creating a Positive Environment: Maintain a clean, upbeat, and team-oriented atmosphere that motivates everyone to bring their best.
