Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic F ield Sales Manager to drive the adoption of AR/VR and immersive learning solutions among engineering colleges, universities, medical colleges, and government training institutes in India. The role will focus on promoting platforms such as Unity and VR-based training solutions through institutional sales and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of AR/VR software, hardware, and immersive learning solutions.
Engage with principals, deans, HODs, skill lab heads, and government officials . Manage the complete sales cycle β lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures. Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations at institutions.
Build and manage relationships with engineering and medical colleges . Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders, and maintain the CRM pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for project execution.
Desired Skills & Experience: 3β5 years of B2B / institutional sales experience (EdTech/technology preferred). Experience working with engineering colleges, universities, or government institutes . Basic understanding of AR/VR/XR technologies and immersive learning platforms such as Unity.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Willingness to travel across India for field sales. Qualification: Bachelorβs Degree in Engineering/Technology.
MBA preferred.
