Position Summary The Manager, Sales Training supports the creation and delivery of highâquality learning programs that elevate sales performance and reinforce a consistent selling approach across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales Training & Development, this role executes training initiatives, facilitates learning experiences, maintains training resources, and partners with crossâfunctional teams to drive measurable business outcomes. This role contributes across the training lifecycleâincluding needs assessment, curriculum support, facilitation, enablement tools, measurement, and continuous improvementâand serves as a collaborative partner to Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, and other commercial functions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate engaging training events rooted in adultâlearning principles and aligned with strategic direction and evolving business needs. Deliver onboarding and ongoing training that builds product and clinical knowledge, strengthens selling skills and talk tracks, reinforces sales processes, enhances soft skills, drives effective use of systems and tools, and promotes consistent field execution.
Ensure training content is delivered consistently and aligned with established training programs, curricula, learning paths, sales methodologies, and organizational standards. Organize and deliver engaging training experiences that support effective new hire onboarding and accelerate time to productivity. Communicate preâwork expectations, bridge assignments, and followâup guidance to learners throughout the new hire and continuous learning training cycles.
Content & Curriculum Development Develop course curricula, workshops, and learning materials. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and other internal and external thought leaders to maintain clinically accurate, compliant, and strategyâaligned training. Support content updates, including product knowledge, sales process reinforcement, and fieldârelevant tools or resources.
Bring realâworld field insights, challenges, and trends into training to ensure content remains relevant, practical, and executionâfocused. Partner with sales leadership and internal/external stakeholders to identify opportunities and proactively recommend training solutions tied to business priorities. Develop and assemble training content, including presentations, checklists, facilitator guides, voiceovers, videos, LMSâbased modules, and other learner resources.
Transform subject matter expert (SME) input into structured training materials aligned with learning objectives. Overall Program Support, Execution & Evaluation Provide support for Sales LMS administration including coâmanaging enrollments, learning paths, assignments, completions, certifications, and reporting. Assist with creation and distribution of field communications.
Support program evaluations, collect learner feedback, and help identify opportunities to refine and improve training effectiveness. Partner with the peer Manager of Sales Training to coordinate calendars, prep materials, divide facilitation loads, logistics, venues, materials, attendance tracking for live and virtual programs and maintain training documentation. Address questions from sales representatives seeking guidance on matters of knowledge, execution, and clinical support.
This could include coâtravel and support with physicians. Serve as an expert on products, resources, and strategic direction. Proactively identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Assist with other Marketing and crossâfunctional related projects and initiatives as required. Position Expertise / Qualifications Degree/Diploma Obtained Bachelorâs Degree or Equivalent in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (Required) Minimum Years of Experience 5 Years of Medical Device/Technology Sales (Required) Preferred Skills & Abilities Demonstrated success in Medical Device/Technology sales (Preferred) Demonstrated success in sales training and development Demonstrated expertise in selling process and sales skills Polished and strong public speaking skills Demonstrated aptitude for clinical, procedural, and product expertise Strong understanding of sales cycles and sales productivity expectations Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects and tight deadlines Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects Team player capable of effectively working with colleagues and on teams Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills Demonstrated ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and to drive accountability Overall strong business acumen and drive to exceed company goals Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, LMS Administration (Allego) preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Travel Requirements Remote >50% Travel.
