Role Description As a 1st line Sales Leader you will lead a team of Business Development Representatives or Account Executives selling the Salesforce Customer Success Platform across multiple verticals.
You will formulate and implement strategy to increase business growth, cross‑company engagement, and orchestration with Sales, Marketing, Pre‑sales, Partner Alliances, Services & HR. You will drive outstanding business results, develop talent, and fully manage revenue generation and quota attainment. Verticals & Clouds Enterprise Corporate Services Financial Services Healthcare & Life Sciences Retail & Consumer Goods Communications, Media and Tech Public Sector Marketing Cloud Slack Mulesoft Tableau Specialization Cloud Your Impact Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
Prepare team members for future Account Executive roles. Create industry‑specific pipeline programs to drive revenue. Motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching and creative incentives.
Report team and individual results, including pipeline generation and revenue forecasting. Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow‑up and reporting. Engage with Executive Leadership and Sales Leaders to ensure pipeline quality and quantity.
Work with Operations to recommend process improvements for efficiency. Identify and recommend improvements in process, productivity and overall effectiveness. Your Qualifications 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a team of seven or more quota‑carrying salespeople.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Strong background in leading sales teams. Proven ability to create hardworking teams and lead them to success.
Excellent presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills. Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Benefits Time off programmes.
